1st Mortgage Loans
You are eligible to apply for a loan as soon as you become a member of B.O.N.D Community Federal Credit Union.
We have three types of 1st Mortgage:
- 1st Mortgages are available for up to 80% of the purchase price or appraised value, whichever is less. Up to $500,000. The maximum repayment period is 25 years.
- 1st Mortgages are available for up to 80% of purchase price or appraisal, whichever is less. Up to $500,000.
The maximum repayment period is 30 Years. 3 Year ARM
