1st Mortgage Loans

You are eligible to apply for a loan as soon as you become a member of B.O.N.D Community Federal Credit Union.

We have three types of 1st Mortgage:

  • 1st Mortgages are available for up to 80% of the purchase price or appraised value, whichever is less. Up to $500,000. The maximum repayment period is 25 years.

  • 1st Mortgages are available for up to 80% of purchase price or appraisal, whichever is less. Up to $500,000. The maximum repayment period is 30 Years. 3 Year ARM
    ** Full documentation loan.

  • Late payment charge is only 5% of the outstanding payment due or $25, whichever is greater. You'll have 10 days of grace after your due date before any late charges apply. Plus, your interest rate will not be increased because of a late payment!
