2nd Mortgage Loans

You are eligible to apply for a loan as soon as you become a member of B.O.N.D Community Federal Credit Union.

• 2nd Mortgages are available for up to 80% of appraisal value less 1st mortgage balance. Up to $500,000. The maximum repayment period is 15 years.
