Home Equity Line of Credit Pre-Qualification Application

You are eligible to apply for a loan as soon as you become a member of B.O.N.D Community Federal Credit Union.

We have two types of Home Equity Loans/Lines of Credit:

  • 1st Position Home Equity Lines of Credit are available for up to 80% of appraisal value. Up to $300,000. 20-year maturity.

    •         The maximum draw period is 6 Years.

            The maximum repayment period is 14 Years.

  • 2nd Position Home Equity Lines of Credit are available for up to 80% of appraised value less the 1st mortgage balance. Up to $300,000. 20-year maturity.

    •         The maximum draw period is 6 Years.

            The maximum repayment period is 14 Years.
