To get a copy of your account's statement, please submit your request through a letter, a fax, bring it in, or drop it in the night drop.

To process your request, we’ll need the following information:

  1. Account Number
  2. Statement Month and Year
  3. Number of copies
  4. Authorization and account number to charge the Statement Copy Fee(*), and
  5. Let us know if you want the statement copy to be mailed or faxed to you. You can also come in to pick it up.
  6. Signature (Mandatory)
